Step 2:
Personal Consultation
After you have subscribed, an EGCA Senior Advisor will complete a virtual consultation meeting with you, scheduled at your convenience. We will discuss your role, learning goals, and the types of peers you would like to me matched with.
Step 3:
Matching You With Utility Peers in Similar Roles
Network members join an advising team of 12-15 peers from similar roles. Once you are assigned to your advising team, you and your team will meet online every month with a collaboratively defined agenda.
